Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Montgomery, NY
Salary: $20 to $22 hourly

Seeking Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced investment firm. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, client-facing, and able to take ownership of tasks while managing multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and appointment confirmations.
  • Manage email communications and maintain accurate scheduling through Outlook.
  • Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support general office operations, assist with special projects, and ensure tasks are completed with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
  • Prior administrative experience in a professional office environment (finance/investment experience a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills with a polished, client-friendly demeanor and ability to work
