Restoration Project Manager
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $65,000 to $85,000 annually

Seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee construction and restoration projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality results, managing teams and subcontractors, and building strong client relationships while maintaining budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Oversee job site safety, quality control, and compliance while maintaining strong customer and tenant relationships
  • Support business development efforts, maintain client relationships, and help grow referral networks and company brand
  • Coordinate emergency response through on-call rotation, including after-hours communication and team oversight
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least 2+ years of project management or related experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and mobile technology platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, lift up to 50 lbs, and work both in office and field environments
