Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Middletown, NY 
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000 annually

Seeking a Production Manager to oversee installation projects, manage crews, and ensure jobs meet quality, safety, and scheduling standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, train, and evaluate production staff.
  • Schedule jobs, prepare crews, and coordinate equipment/materials.
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and required permitting.
  • Visit job sites to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in construction, concrete, waterproofing, or related field.
  • Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to manage inventory and interpret job specifications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Valid driver’s license.
