Job Title: Property Manager
Location: New Windsor, NY
Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 annually

Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee multiple communities, ensuring smooth daily operations, financial management, marketing, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee resident relations, leasing, and community standards.
  • Manage financial reporting, rent collection, and audits.
  • Direct marketing efforts and maintain strong occupancy levels.
  • Supervise staff and maintenance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and housing regulations.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of apartment management experience (marketing/lease-up preferred).
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Yardi or similar).
  • Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • NYS Real Estate Salesperson license
  • NYS Notary Public license
  • Experience with LIHTC Section 42 properties
