Job Title: Administrative Support - Personal Lines Insurance
Location: Kingston, NY
Salary:$20 hourly

Seeking Administrative Support to assist with personal lines insurance operations. This is a fully in-office opportunity with strong long-term potential, including paid virtual schooling to obtain licensing, pay raise upon completion, and clear room for advancement within the company. 

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for personal lines insurance operations, including entering payments, processing mail, and updating client information in the system
  • Assist with new policies, account support functions, and general office coordination in a small office environment
  • Greet customers professionally and help with day-to-day front office needs
  • Complete licensing coursework virtually and obtain personal lines insurance license within 6 months
Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to draft professional letters and written correspondence
  • Flexible, team-oriented attitude with the ability to support a small office environment
  • Customer service or insurance office experience preferred, license must be obtained within 6 months
