Pay: $23–$25/hour
Temp to possible hire
Up to 30 hours a week
Monday - Friday ( 1st shift, flexible)
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of Operations and assist the President with daily administrative tasks. This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time hire, with benefits offered once hired permanently.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the President’s calendar and coordinate meetings with sales teams, vendors, and customers
  • Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional manner
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Draft and edit letters and correspondence
  • Organize and distribute mail
  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, typing, copying, and scanning
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and grammar
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
