Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $22 to $25 hourly, depending on experience

Seeking Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist customers. This role requires a calm, professional personality to manage customer inquiries while handling administrative and accounting-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a customer-facing office environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
  • Manage accounts payable using Sage and assist with general office accounting tasks
  • Reconcile daily receipts, manage cash drawers, and prepare bank deposits
  • Submit manufacturer warranty claims and assist with maintaining showroom cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
  • Prior administrative, office support, or customer service experience required
  • Ability to work Saturdays and manage social media preferred, but not required
  • Basic accounting or accounts payable experience; familiarity with Sage or similar software is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills; experience managing is a plus
