Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (prior experience or a background in personal finance) to join our clients Certified Financial Planner® practice in Goshen, New York. This full-time, in-person role is central to supporting our Financial Advisors and team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing an exceptional experience for their clients. 

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of office experience, strong organizational skills, and a professional, client-focused demeanor. Responsibilities include managing client communications, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, maintaining organized files, assisting with compliance and account paperwork, and supporting marketing and client engagement efforts. 

  • Candidates should have or be willing to obtain within a year: SIE and Series 7 licensing
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate excellent communication skills
