Job Description

  • Takes minutes for monthly Board meetings and supports development responsibilities, including online donations and website updates.
  • Assists in communication with service vendors and maintains an inventory of office and computer supplies.
  • Handles purchasing orders for Newburgh, provides office support to managers, and manages mail distribution and outgoing shipments.
  • Maintains a Front Desk Manual, schedules conference room reservations, and ensures the operation of office equipment.
