Job Title: Dispatcher
Location: Goshen, NY
Pay Rate: $22 to $25 hourly
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible)

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Service and Fleet Dispatcher to join growing team. This position is essential to maintaining efficient field operations and providing top-tier service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily schedule for 90+ field employees handling service work, contract work, emergency response, hauling, and scheduled jobs.
  • Maintain weekend and on-call schedules.
  • Organize routine maintenance schedules for pump station clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Cross-reference daily field tickets with job numbers and purchase orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and dispatch software.
  • Industry experience with service calls related to towns, construction, asphalt, and similar environments preferred.
