Job Title: Accounts Receivable
Location: Florida, NY
Salary: $60,000+ depending on experience

Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Credit Manager / A/R Specialist to oversee and manage accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage outstanding receivables across all customer accounts.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues promptly.
  • Reconcile account discrepancies and handle chargebacks accurately.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve account issues.
  • Prepare and review aging and A/R reports regularly.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Management.
  • Strong understanding of A/R processes and collections best practices.
