Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Payable
Location: Florida, NY
Salary: $60,000+ depending on experience

Seeking an experienced, detail-oriented professional to manage all aspects of accounts payable and bookkeeping. Must ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume invoices with full 3-way match and proper approvals.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing issues.
  • Prepare check runs, ACH, and wire payments.
  • Support month-end close, accruals, and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of hands-on A/P or bookkeeping experience.
  • Strong understanding of GL, journal entries, and accounting principles.
