Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Goshen, NY
Salary: $25 to $30 hourly

Seeking Administrative Assistant to support a client-focused financial planning practice. This role is ideal for a professional with strong organizational skills who can ensure smooth daily operations while delivering a high level of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Manage client communications, answer phones, greet visitors, and coordinate appointments.
  • Maintain accurate client files (physical and electronic) and assist with account forms and compliance documentation.
  • Support meeting preparation, marketing initiatives, and overall office operations while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
  • SIE and Series 7 license required or willingness to obtain within one year.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM experience a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
