Job Description

Are you passionate about utilizing your expertise in spreadsheets and databases to drive organizational success? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Accounting Analyst. In this role, you will independently manage spreadsheets and databases, supporting internal audit functions, year-end projections, and more.
Primary Functions:
  • Design and create essential spreadsheets and databases autonomously.
  • Handle A/R, cash/denial postings, and billing/follow-up on MCO insurance claims.
  • Assist with both external and internal audit tasks.
  • Prepare recurring and adjusting journal entries, ensuring accuracy.
  • Support corporate financial statement preparation and subsidiary financials.
  • Perform financial analysis, including ratios and year-end projections.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent computer proficiency, especially in Excel, Word, and database software; Ceridian Dayforce experience preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
Education and Experience:
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or related field with at least 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in non-profit settings is preferred
