Behavior Specialist- Full-Time; Direct Hire. $750 Sign-on Bonus (paid out over 6 months)Monday - Friday - Shifts vary and are flexible.
  • A Behavior Specialist needs to have a positive attitude and a proven track record of excellence to step into this integral role as you will be changing people's lives! 
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as the position will juggle the needs of the staff and people supported simultaneously
  • A Behavior Specialist must have a Master's degree in the fields of psychology or social work
  • Behavior Specialist works with the residential team providing training and supports to ensure continuity of care for the people who live onsite
  • Behavior Specialist will be working with a variety of departments (clinical, residential and nursing) to develop, implement and evaluate behavior plans for the people that are supported on site.
