Salary Range: $45,000 - $47,000Overview:
Join our Customer Care team as a Customer Care Specialist I, contributing to improving patient outcomes by providing top-notch support to healthcare professionals, educators, and organizations using cutting-edge medical simulation solutions.Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution
- Gather and fulfill customer needs, document interactions
- Provide high-quality service in billing, print orders, and web support
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone
- Evaluate and drive process improvements for customer satisfaction
- Coordinate and implement solutions for customers
- Manage orders and post-order issues
- Maintain customer relationships and manage account data
- Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Collaborate with various departments through the Customer Journey
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years' customer service experience
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail
- Flexible to work shifts from 8am to 8pm with occasional Saturdays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Suite and CRM tools
- Home internet access required for remote operation
- Experience with purchasing systems desired
