Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Highland Mills, NY
Salary: $20 to $22
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm OR Sunday through Thursday 11am to 7pm 

Seeking receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, referral sources, community members, and staff. This role is key in creating a positive first impression while supporting scheduling, intake, payments, and general front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, guests, and callers in a cheerful, professional, and person-centered manner
  • Answer phones, complete inquiry forms, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff
  • Assist with intake, pre-screening forms, appointment scheduling, insurance information, and payment collection
  • Maintain confidentiality, client records, waiting areas, filing, scanning, and general administrative support
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior receptionist, front desk, customer service, or health office experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and confidentiality skills
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate when working with clients and agency contacts
