Job Title: General Manager
Location: Carmel, NY
Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience

The General Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of one location’s operations to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all location operations including sales, production, inventory, and delivery
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to meet performance and retention goals
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and management experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of management experience
  • Prior experience in the building materials industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
